GREENMAX to Showcase Advanced Plastic Recycling Solutions at ReGen 2025 – Booth B17

GREENMAX to Exhibit at ReGen 2025 with New Plastic Recycling Innovations

GREENMAX, the global brand of INTCO Recycling, is excited to announce its participation in ReGen 2025 (formerly AWRE), Australia's leading waste and recycling industry event. The exhibition will take place from July 23–24, 2025, at ICC Sydney, and GREENMAX will welcome visitors at Booth B17.

This year, GREENMAX will spotlight its latest recycling technologies, including an upgraded plastic washing solution and an integrated pelletizing system, aimed at helping recyclers and manufacturers maximize plastic resource recovery with greater efficiency and sustainability.

What’s New: Washing + Pelletizing System

One of the major highlights at ReGen 2025 will be GREENMAX’s new plastic washing and pelletizing line, designed for post-consumer plastics such as PE film, PP rigid containers, and EPS with surface contaminants.

This new system integrates:

Efficient friction washing
Hot water & chemical cleaning (optional)
Centrifugal drying and extrusion pelletizing

With this setup, recyclers in Australia can process plastic waste into high-quality pellets that are ready for reuse in manufacturing — a key step toward a circular economy.

Evergreen Solutions: GREENMAX Foam Densifiers

In addition to new product lines, GREENMAX will continue showcasing its industry-proven EPS compactor and hot melt machine series (APOLO and MARS models). These machines help reduce foam volume up to 90–95%, turning bulky EPS into stackable blocks or ingots for resale and recycling.

During ReGen 2025, GREENMAX will offer exclusive on-site discounts on foam recycling machines — a great opportunity for recyclers and waste operators looking to upgrade their EPS handling capacity at a better price.
