The Largest Manufacturer of Quality Building Products Stratco in Australia Recycles EPS Waste by GREENMAX EPS Melting Machine

Stratco, the largest producer and marketer of quality building and home improvement products in Australia, is actively pursuing a place on the world stage. With over 70 years of experience in the building and home renovation markets, Stratco now has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in all mainland states of Australia, along with a network of home improvement stores throughout the country.

Stratco owns two factories, one produces EPS and the other produces sandwich panels. The waste produced by the EPS factory is recycled with IS recycling machines, while the polystyrene dust produced by the sandwich panel factory is not recycled.  However, the 2-3 cubic meters of polystyrene dust generated by the sandwich panel factory every month will always be scattered when changing the bag, which brings 5S and safety issues to Stratco.

Stratco tried to use the existing IS EPS recycling machine to process polystyrene dust but failed since the machine cannot handle polystyrene dust, so Stratco looked for a new EPS dust recycling solution and then found GREENMAX.

Through in-depth communication with Stratco's manager Subra, GREENMAX has fully understood the pain points, needs, and expectations of the customer.  GREENMAX offered Straco a set of professional EPS dust recycling solutions. After GREENMAX engineers' efforts, strict quality inspection, and on-site trial operation, Stratco received the professional customized GREENMAX M-C50 EPS Melting Machine + DUST in February 2021. The EPS melting machine successfully solved the problems faced by the guest.
