Expo Plásticos 2026 in Mexico: Strong Interest in Foam Recycling Solutions
From 24 to 26 March 2026, we were in Guadalajara, Mexico for Expo Plásticos 2026, where our team welcomed visitors at booth 1660 and spent three packed days talking through practical recycling projects with processors, recyclers and manufacturers.

What We Showcased at Booth 1660
We went to the show with a clear focus: to introduce our foam densifier and show how it fits into a wider recycling workflow alongside washing line options, pelletising line setups and reliable crushing solutions. The response on the floor was exactly what you hope for at a serious industry event: steady foot traffic, plenty of detailed conversations and strong interest from companies looking for equipment that can solve real production and waste-handling problems.
One thing stood out almost straight away. Visitors were not only asking about a single machine. They wanted to understand how different pieces of equipment could work together in day-to-day operations. That made Expo Plásticos the right place to show the bigger picture. Our foam recycling machine drew attention because it speaks to a common issue across many plants: bulky foam waste takes up space, adds handling costs and is awkward to move. A well-designed densifying setup helps reduce that volume, improve site housekeeping and make downstream processing more efficient. For many of the people we met, that combination of practicality and value was the starting point for a much broader conversation.
Strong Interest from Processors and Recyclers
At booth 1660, we also introduced our wider processing offer. For customers reviewing plastic recycling workflows more broadly, we discussed plastic washing line solutions for cleaning material before reprocessing, plastic pelletising line systems for producing reusable pellets, and plastic crusher options for size reduction at the front end of the process. Those conversations mattered because the market is clearly looking for suppliers that can do more than sell a standalone machine. People want dependable advice, sensible configurations and equipment that can be matched to the way their plant actually runs.
That is where face-to-face exhibitions still make a real difference. Instead of speaking in general terms, we were able to talk through layouts, material conditions, output expectations and commercial priorities with people standing right in front of us. The strongest proof of that interest came on site, where we confirmed an order for one MC100. It was a great result for the team, but it also reflected something bigger than one transaction. Buyers came to the stand ready to discuss timelines, applications and return on investment. The quality of the enquiries was high, and the mood on the floor suggested that businesses are still actively investing in equipment that can improve efficiency and support recycling goals.
Why Foam Densifying Matters on Site
For us, Expo Plásticos 2026 was not just about showing machinery; it was about listening to what the market is asking for right now. Across conversations in Guadalajara, the message was consistent. Companies want recycling equipment that is straightforward to operate, durable in everyday use and flexible enough to fit different materials and plant sizes. They are also looking for partners who can support them beyond the first enquiry. That is why our approach combines core equipment such as the foam densifier with related systems for washing, pelletising and crushing, so customers can build a process that works in the real world rather than on paper alone.
Let’s Meet Again in 2026
If you are currently reviewing options for foam recycling, plastic washing, pelletising or crushing, now is a good time to start the conversation. And if we did not meet in Mexico, there will be more chances to connect in 2026.
Our team is planning to be at:
● CHINAPLAS in Shanghai from 21 to 24 April
● IFAT Munich from 4 to 7 May
● Foam Expo North America in Novi
● Michigan from 23 to 25 June
